Kudos:

To everyone who supported our UAs this week while they are short. Thank you!

Educator Updates

Congrats to our new Chemo trained staff – we have some lovely individuals who are now certified.

Great news – the green toothettes are back in all the patient kanbans!!

Reminder, the green toothette is SINGLE USE. Dispose of the toothette after each use.

A toothette does NOT replace the toothbrush for any patient with teeth. Please use the soft toothbrushes and toothpaste (use a rice sized amount for children aged 3 years or less; and a pea sized amount for those over 3 years of age – adulthood). These are located in the clean supply room. If the patient is at risk of aspiration and has teeth, please use the suction toothbrushes with mouthcare solution located in Walmart.

2024 Cyber Security Training

Once again, eHealth Saskatchewan has partnered with Terranova Security, a global leader in cybersecurity awareness, to deliver the mandatory training. This year’s training is focused on home-based risks and password education. The training takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.

Cybersecurity training is mandatory for all SHA employees with network access and SHA email accounts. The training must be completed by September 30, 2024.

You will receive an email from noreply@terranovasite.com on April 24, 2024, with the link to the complete the training.

When you open the email, you will be provided a link to ‘Log In Now’ . You will be presented with the eHealth Single Sign-on screen, where you will use your domain, network username and current password to access the training.

  • The link in the email is user specific and cannot be copied or shared.
  • The content can be reviewed, and the quiz redone as many times as needed and progress is saved if you are not able to complete at one time.
  • A certificate will be issued upon completion with a minimum 90% evaluation score.

More information can be found on the SHA Intranet. Questions about the training can be directed to Digital Health – SHADigitalHealth@saskhealthauthority.ca.
