Video:
Reduce Negativity Bias and harmful impacts from stressors
Negativity Bias, explains why our brains
notice what is wrong faster than what is right—and how to rebalance that. The
tendency to focus on problems helped humans survive, but today it can
increase stress and overshadow the positive. The video introduces a short
reflection practice to retrain attention: notice one thing that is going
well, one strength in yourself or others, and one small moment of gratitude.
Watch the video and download the Practice Resource to learn how shifting
focus helps restore perspective and resilience.
